The terms that apply when you book and enjoy treatments at Hadassah Wellness.
These terms apply to your use of the Hadassah Wellness website and to the treatments and services we provide. By booking with us you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Bookings & enquiries
Treatment requests made through our website are enquiries. Your appointment is confirmed once our team has agreed a date and time with you directly. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time and treatment.
2. Cancellations & rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to another guest. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
3. Arrival & late arrivals
Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment so you can settle in and enjoy the full experience. If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened so that the following guest is not kept waiting.
4. Pricing
Treatment prices are shown on our website and are subject to change. The price applicable to your appointment will be confirmed at the time of booking.
5. Health & wellbeing
Please let us know of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries or if you are pregnant before your treatment, so our professionals can care for you safely. Some treatments may not be suitable in certain circumstances.
6. Liability
We take great care in delivering every treatment. To the extent permitted by law, Hadassah Wellness is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services.
